Brighten your brow bone
Had to re-post this from TheBeautyDepartment.com. I think this is a SUPER EASY guide on how to brighten your brow bone.

I created this simple tutorial for a few reasons:
- I want to make sure that when you highlight your brow bone, you highlight underneath the entire brow, not just the outer half of it (so you “lift” up the whole brow),
- To gently encourage you to use a matte light pink kohl pencil instead of a white shimmery shadow (that is distracting and defeats the purpose),
- And to remind you that brightening the brow bone shouldn’t be detectable; it’s an illusion that draws light to the area and creates the appearance of lifting the brow, simple as that. So blend blend blend!
Here’s how:
TOOL:
A Light Pink Matte Pencil — my favorites are Damone Roberts Highlighter in Pink-a Boo (as seen above) and Benefit High Brow Pencil.
STEPS:
- Start at the inner corner of the brow and draw a line directly under it all the way to the outer corner.
- Blend the product into the skin with your finger. If you blended too much, go back and repeat both steps. You should blend enough where you don’t see the line anymore but not too much that it’s not effective.

My FAVE leggings on SALE
My favorite Spanx "Look at me Leggings" are on SALE right now on a flash sale website called Cut & Blow. Guys these are the BEST. They normally retail for 62 bucks and are on sale for 48! ( I used to get mine at South Moon Under) They are opaque, thick but breathable and help keep your stomach tight with NO muffin top! Hubby approves- you can NOT SEE my butt through these leggings!!!!!!!!!The band on the top is wide and super comfy........ ******I get the ones that just come up to your belly button/regular rise, NOT the high wasted ones********.............No to mention, they help keep my post pregnancy belly tight! I would literally wear these all day long, everyday. Stock up and trust me. They really are THAT good. Get yours here.
No kidding, I have two pairs and I just ordered one more. EK! :o)

Oatmeal & Chocolate Cookie Bars.
Oatmeal & Chocolate Cookie Bars
c/o Table for Two
Ingredients
c/o Table for Two
Ingredients
2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, room temperature
2 cups dark brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 cup milk (I used 2%)
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
For the filling:
1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk (I used Eagle Brand)
1/3 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking pan with parchment paper so that it overhangs on both sides for easy removal.
- In a large bowl, add flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk to combine. Set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together butter and sugar for 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Then add in the eggs and vanilla extract and beat for 2 more minutes. Gently pour the milk in and beat until incorporated.
- Slowly add in the flour mixture and mix until all combined and well-incorporated. With the mixer on low, add the rolled oats. The mixture will be thick so if the stand mixer can't get it all, use a spatula to get it all incorporated.
- In a saucepan over medium low heat, add all the ingredients of the filling to the pan. Once everything has melted together you can start assembling the bars.
- Spread about 2/3 of the cookie mixture in the bottom of the baking pan (I used my hands and pressed it down). Then take the chocolate mixture and pour it over top of the cookie mixture. Take the remaining cookie mixture and drop it in small dough balls over the chocolate mixture (it's ok if it's not perfect, they bake out and spread).
- Bake for 25 minutes. If the tops start to get overly brown, cover with foil and continue baking.
- Let cool in baking pan COMPLETELY before you cut them into squares. Everything will be too gooey and loose if you don't let it set up.
- Store in an airtight container.

What your skin says
Interesting graphic. Ever wonder why there is always a zit appearing in a certain place on your face and what it means for the greater picture of your body?!?!? I found this compelling visual from Vapour Organic Beauty —its super handy and educational. Now you can have an idea as to where the pollutants are in your body causing those zits!
