Floor length mirrors

I love the way a floor length mirror both looks great AND opens up any room. We have a huge one in our upstairs hallway that we actually bought from IKEA of all places, and everyone always asks us where we got it!  The best part was- it was $99 bucks! I've also seen allot of great mirrors at Home Goods too.

Yorkie puppies at the Capitol

After all, It IS a dogs life.

The past few weeks at the Capitol have been VERY quiet and the Senate and House are out of session, so I've bring my little buddies in to hang out with me. They basically just sleep the whole day anyways. They love the Capitol, they are little dolls and are always on their best behavior while with me at work. I LOVE IT. They don't bark and are just too cute for words. They bring a smile to my face every single day. I wish I could bring them everyday.
P.S. I Love how cody is snuggling my baby bump in the last photo.

Preggo Halloween idea

Thought I'd share this cute find I found on ETSY today. I mean, come on its adorable. and its only $15.00. But lets face it, were not going to any Halloween ragers or anything so were not getting dressed up to sit on our couch and hand out candy. ha

8 Months pregnant today!

 

Today I am about 8 months pregnant with my first baby. I cant wait to meet my lil man, see who he looks like, kiss his little face and snuggle him up. Not going to lie, I also can't wait to be able to see my feet again like I did in this photo when I was only 8 weeks. :o)

Getting super uncomfortable. Come on little baby Carter! We're ready for you!!!

Keepin it real

I hate schmoozing/kissing ass/brown nosing, I would much rather have those around me that I can just KEEP IT REAL with. Pretending to be perfect or have it all together is LAME. Not only does it make you unapproachable and intimidating, but it’s exhausting!  Do yourself a favor and focus on being honest with yourself and those you love. :o)

Jcrew Factory open all day everyday!!!!

It's no secret I have an OBSESSION with J.Crew. We also know it's no secret that J.Crew Factory has the best deals offered from the company. I frequent their outlet store as often as I can !!!! :o) However, I don't shop the factory as often as I should because JCREW only sold factory online on weekends........
BUT THEN I got SUPER excited to receive an email about "a new J.Crew Factory" open online, all day. everyday. Umn AMAZE BALLS. Just what a gal wished for. :o)

Let me tell you, I've seen the Target bag in person, and its QUITE bright pink.....In fact it's quite adorable. I had a hard time putting it back on the shelf.  It looked to me like a great dupe to the Steve Madden satchel that is so popular. Once again, well done Target.
