Eyebrow Tutorial by Miss Natty

OH, The power of the filled in eyebrow. I Love it. I think it perfectly draws your eyes together, frames the face, and completes any look. I Personally never filled my brows (until before my wedding) and I'm SO GLAD I started doing this, because my brows were WEAK not filled in.  It's one of those things that I wish I had started doing years before. O well.
